Scenarios were used to discuss a) how local people would be affected by each scenario, taking into account their current livelihood activities, needs and aspirations, b) how feasible and desirable perceived these scenarios are, and c) which policies they suggested to promote the most preferred scenario, according to their knowledge and understanding of who had agency and responsibility for those policies.

The scenarios were made in: 2014
